FLOATING CITADEL

A citadel is a floating stronghold or a fortress.

It must be big enough to fit and protect an army, the royal family, and the people of the kingdom
if it was attacked
.
The king, Queen, the Prince, and the family puppy as well as all the citizens live in the citadel.

It would land on a royal city, in a safe part so no one is crushed to death.

Banished means sent to a far away place as a punishment.

Someone might be banished from the citadel for breaking the law, like riding a hippopotamus
without permission inside the citadel, or letting a troll ruin the castle walls.

How would people in the Citadel feel?
Safe, happy, and spoilt because they have so many riches.

5 simple sentences:
Where is the king?

Why is the prince smart?

When is the puppy going to eat?

What is floating like?

Who is going to feed the royal family?

Compound sentences:
Wow, I wish I lived in the citadel, I would have  a great life.

The King is an excellent man, he always does the right thing.

The Queen is an amazing woman, she is nice and friendly.

The Royal puppy is the cutest creature, with big puppy eyes.

I am the King's great friend because I’m loyal.

It was the moment they had been dreading. Chains had bound their citadel; link after link
of brutal, cold steel. They had been banished. It was time to find a new home.

“We must find a new home,” said the King .

“Yes”, said the Queen, “I can't believe we got banished. Because that evil Emperor hated us It's all
your fault!”

“Shut up!” The King replied.

The Royal family had been banished because the evil emperor feared they would get more powerful
than him.

“We need to do something about this”, said the Prince.

While they talked they had no idea that something was watching them. Something was lurking around.
Something was plotting murder.

It was a wild hippopotamus. A big one.

“Run!”, Screamed the Prince.
